The City of Chilliwack is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified consultants to design a Landfill Plan for the Bailey Sanitary Landfill, detailing the fill progression of the landfill until closure. 

The objective of the Landfill Plan is to ensure the landfill progresses efficiently to maximize the landfill's lifespan and minimize capital and operating costs.

Sealed EI's from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "LandfillPLan for Bailey Sanitary Landfill" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, December 21, 2004.

RFEI documents may be picked up at the City's Main Reception desk on or after November 30, 2004 or may be downloaded from the City's web page at www.chilliwack.com/bids.  Inquiries may be directed to the City's representative Tara Friesen at (604) 793-2701.
