On September 14, 2009, Council held a Special Regular Meeting to consider a proposal for a "Community Gaming Center". To accommodate the number of people expected to attend, the meeting was held at Evergreen Hall. Due to the fact that video recording equipment was not available, the September 14, 2009 meeting is being offered as an audio only record.
