This model Controlled Substance Bylaw was a joint project coordinated by the Safety Policy and Liaison Branch of BC. Legal advice was provided by the law firm of Lidstone, Young and Anderson. Resources required to prepare this bylaw were provided by Chilliwack, Kamloops, Kelowna, Surrey and the Safety Policy and Liaison Branch. |
