Evans Road Connector Project
Chilliwack Cultural Centre Project
The City of Chilliwack is developing a new Cultural Centre in the heart of downtown Chilliwack. This state-of-the-art cultural facility will include an art gallery, a 500+ seat performance theatre, a 150 seat recital hall/rehearsal space/dance studio/meeting space, music instruction rooms, arts and crafts studios and related amenities. It will be located on City-owned land at The Landing, adjacent to existing sports and recreation facilities and Prospera Centre. Construction is expected to begin in July 2008 with completion in 2010. [Click for more info]
Cheam Centre Renovation
The Cheam Centre Renovation plan will redevelop and upgrade the existing Cheam Centre into a high-quality community recreation destination.   [click for more info]

The City of Chilliwack is proudly announcing the opening of the Evans Road Connector to motor vehicle traffic. This capital project is the City's largest to-date and will open months ahead of the targeted spring 2010 completion date!

Chilliwack Mountain Drinking Water System

The City of Chilliwack is currently performing maintenance work on the Chilliwack Mountain drinking water distribution system. The work necessitates the chlorination of the drinking water supply in the Chilliwack Mountain area ONLY from approximately November 6th through to November 30th, 2009.
