Yarrow Community School is very
grateful for the support from the City of
Chilliwack and SD #33. Through this
partnership we are able to offer a variety
of recreational and social programs in
our community. We are always interested
to hear from anyone with new ideas or
proposals for programs or events. Please

Facility Rentals
Our spaces are available for rent
afterschool, evenings and weekends
year round for community use. (some
daytime space available
Fall Tykes Soccer
Saturday mornings here at the school,
kids 4-6 yrs. old will be learning the
basics of the game while having fun with
friends. 8 weeks Sept. – Oct. and only
$40/player. Registration closes in mid-
August so don’t miss out, call 823-0257.

Adult Fitness Programs
at Yarrow Include...
Women’s Boot Camp, Core and Strength
Conditioning and Pilates all being offered
at convenient times on different week
nights (some daytime classes). Please

Parenting Children
Course
This Sunday evening course is designed
to equip those parenting children birth to
10 years, or parents-to-be with strategies
to build a healthy family life. The cost for
the 5 evenings is $30 for single or $35
for a couple and includes a workbook.

Living in the Now
This after school program for elementary
ages will help children to learn how being
Mindful can help with self-regulation,
reduce anxiety and enhance creativity.
Each of the sessions will include a lesson
and a hands on activity or craft. Parents
are welcome to attend with their child.

Archery
Back by popular demand, this after
school course for kids in grades 3 -6
will take place on our back field weather
permitting (in the gym if necessary).
Safety, technique and fun are stressed in
this 8 week course. Registration forms
available at the school. Space is limited.
