Community School Association
(PHECSA) is a non-profit organization
formed in participation with the
community of Promontory Heights.
The goal of our organization is to
identify and provide community
residents with social, educational
and recreational activities that will
enrich our whole community, while
creating a safe, caring and inclusive
environment. PHECSA would like to
gratefully acknowledge the support

Garden Gate Preschool
(Sept – June)

Panther Pen
Panther Pen is our quality licensed
before-school & after-school care
program at the school. Regular hours
are 7:00am – 8:10am (before-school
care) & 2:15pm – 6:00pm (after-
school care). We accept both full-time,
part-time, and drop-in children as
space is available. Call the PHECSA
office for information at 604-858-2999.
