| Description: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. The Chilliwack Libraries and the Chilliwack Arts Council are proud to present three evenings of local authors reading from their works. This particular evening will feature W.P. Kinsella, author of Butterfly Winter (2011), Magic Time (1998), If Wishes Were Horses (1996), The Winter Helen Dropped By (1994), Box Socials (1991), The Iowa Baseball Confederacy (1986), and Shoeless Joe (1982) - winner of the 1982 Canada First Novel Award and the Houghton Mifflin Literary Fellowship. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine or coffee/tea as you revel in the local literary arts! All readings will be held at The Arts Room, #20-5725 Vedder Road. Admission is free, however space is limited, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
