| Description: The Romance of Food - French Cooking Class with Wine Pairings. Date: Wed. Feb. 11, Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Join Red-Seal certified Chef Mike Slanzi on a deliciously different culinary journey across the countryside of France featuring tastings of favorite French recipes. In addition to getting insider cooking tips from the chef, you'll receive recipes, wine pairings with each course and recommendations on where to find the best ingredients. You can just sit back, watch the meal unfold, sip some wine and dine with new friends. French onion soup, roasted beet and goat cheese salad, Beef Wellington, Tarte Tartin for dessert.
