The objective of this assignment is to obtain a complete design that utilizes the 300 hp, 250 L/s pump in stock with the City, for Well #9.  The design is to include structural design for the pump house, electrical design for all controls and mechanical/civil design for all pipe work required to place the well into production.

Five technical proposals and one financial proposal are required.  The financial proposal is to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.  The proposal must be delivered to the City of Chilliwack at the Main Reception Dest in the form attached (Attachment No. 2) no later than:

3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 29, 2005

Each Respondent must ensure its proposal is clearly marked on the outside along with the Respondent's name and address.  Each proposal must be submitted to the City in a sealed package clearly addressed as follows:

"Proposal:  Consulting Design Services - Water Production Well #9"
