The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest to design and construct the following works:

Water:

• Approximately 550m of 300mm diameter water main installation along Annis Road to increase capacity for fire flow and ensure system reliability;
• Approximately 1,280m of 300mm diameter water main installation along Unsworth Road to increase capacity for fire flow and ensure system reliability

Sanitary Sewer:

• Approximately 540m of 450mm diameter sanitary sewer forcemain pipe installation from LS #2 to Young Road to increase capacity and meet demand

BUDGET:  The budget for the project is $1,000,000.

RFEI documents may be picked up at the City's Main Reception desk on or after May 10th, 2005 or may be downloaded from the City's web page at www.chilliwack.com/bids.  Inquiries may be directed to the city's representative "Chandra Naiduwa, P. Eng." at 604-793-2745.

Sealed EI's from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "Annis-Unsworth-LS #2 Water & Sewer Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, June 7th, 2005.
