Work:

The Tender consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and anything else required for the construction of the electrical/mechanical building extension as described in the Tender Document.

SECURITY:  Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total tender price.

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond, each in the amout of 25% of total tender price.

SITE MEETING:  Contractors are required to attend a site meeting.  The meeting will convene at 2:00 p.m. at the Chilliwack Wastewater Treatment Plant on March 21, 2005.
