The City of Chilliwack (City) has identified the need to expand the existing Twin Rinks ice arena by adding a third sheet of ice. The City is seeking Expressions of Interest (EI) from qualified Respondents to design and construct the addition on a site owned by the City and located at 5725 Tyson Road, Chilliwack, B.C. The purpose for this RFEI is to select up to three Respondents who, at the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage, will submit detailed technical and financial Proposals for the design and construction of the Project.
