The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest to design and construct the following works:

• Water - Approximately 520m of 100mm cast iron watermain requires replacement to increase capacity for fire flow and ensure system reliability;
  
• Sanitary Sewer - Approximately 360m of sanitary sewer pipe requires replacement to increase capacity and meet demand.  This is part of the North Trunk Sewer System Upgrade;
  
• Storm Sewer - Approximately 370m of storm sewer pipe requires replacement to increase capacity.  This is a continuation of storm sewer upsizing (1200mm) completed on Williams Street from Hope Slough to Bonny Ave in 1996.

Sealed EIs from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "Williams Street Water & Sewer Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, February 15th, 2005.
