WORK:

To supply all labour and materials for the removal of the existing mechanical system and installation of a new system.

SITE MEETING:

A mandatory site meeting shall be conducted by Mr. Dave Parsons on September 1st, 2004 starting at 4:30 p.m. Interested Contractors must arrive at the City Hall, 8550 Young Road by 4:30 p.m. to be granted access to the building as the doors are locked after this time.

BONDING:

Performance Bond in the amount of 25% of total tender price.
