WORK:

One year contract to supply all labour, equipment and cleaning materials for the cleaning of the Regional District/Firehall Building.

NON-MANDATORY SITE MEETING:

A tour of the building shall be conducted by Mr. Ryan Mulligan, Manager of Civic Facilities on May 18, 2004.  Tenderers should arrive at 45950 Cheam avenue at 9:00 am.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:

Performance Security in the amount of 25% of total tender price will be required by the successful tenderer and a Consent of Surety Letter must accompany the returned Tender.

Enquiries should be directed to Mr. Ryan Mulligan, Manager of Civic Facilities and Project Manager by calling 604-793-2904.  The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.  Contractors, their employees and sub-contractors must have a minimum of three years experience in commercial janitorial services and pass a security clearance check.
