BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:  There will be a mandatory site meeting on February 6, 2013 starting at 11:30 am at 47130 Hope River Road, Chilliwack, BC.
