Work:

The work consists of the removal and replacement of the Cheam Leisure Centre roof as per the specifications contained in the Tender Document.

BID SECURITY:  10% of the total tender price to be submitted with the Tender Document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY:  Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amout of 50% of the total tender price. 

MANDATORY SITE MEETING: There will be a mandatory site meeting on February 6, 2013 starting at 9:00 am at 45501 Market Way, Chilliwack, BC.
