The City of Chilliwack requires an audit of its annual financial statements as per Section 167 of the Community Charter.  The City of Chilliwack wishes to engage an Auditor (the Firm) to perform that audit. 

The Contract will be for a period of three years commencing with the 2010 fiscal year. The possiblility of a five year renewal will be at the discretion of both parties, with no liabilities associated with the possible renewal.
