Work:

WORK: The work consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and anything else required to construct a 40 ft. x 46 ft. addition to the existing Animal Control Centre building located a t 44820-A Wolfe Road.

BID SECURITY: 10% of total tender price to be submitted with Tender Document.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Upon award, Performance Security and Labour and Materials Security each in the amount of 50% of the total tender price.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING: There will be a mandatory site meeting on Friday, June 5 starting at 10:00 am.
