The City of Chilliwack Engineering & Operations Department is requesting unit price quotations for the routine inspection of three drainage pump stations located within the boundaries of the City of Chilliwack for the period of October 23, 2006 to May 31, 2007. 

The intent of this contract is to secure the services of a qualified person(s) who will visit the designated drainage pump stations on a regular basis for the purpose of doing inspections on the condition of each station and to conduct some limited, minor maintenance.  Record activities on log sheets and maintain communications with the City.  Invoices will be paid monthly based upon verification of the number of visits and acceptance by the project manager of the work performed in accordance to this RFQ.

Quotations will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Chilliwack no later than 3:00 p.m., October 10th, 2006.  Quotations may be delivered to the attention of Mr. Paul Whitehouse, Purchasing Manager, City of Chilliwack 8550 Young Road, Chilliwack, B.C.  

The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked with "RFQ Drainage Pump Station Inspection".
